Terms and condicions

The villa has 3 bathrooms. They are shared. If one is occupied, please use another. Please be considerate of other guests.
The villa has two sources of hot water: solar and electric. The water is regulated under the kitchen tank. Red valves supply water from the roof (from free solar heating), blue valves from the tank, where the water is heated electrically. Please primarily use water from the rooftop tank – this helps protect the environment. Save water, we are in the desert where it is scarce!
Under the terrace there is a water tank and a water pump. If the tank is empty, it means the area has been disconnected from the water supply due to a long dry period. For such cases, we have an underground backup tank with a capacity of 10 m³ next to the house. If it needs refilling, please contact the administrator.

Room keys include:

The pool is available 24 hours a day. It can be illuminated at night.
The lighting can be switched on next to the pool heat pump outside – the switch is under the awning on the wall of the red technical shed.
The water is saltwater and the temperature is regulated.
Always close the pool cover at night – it keeps the water cleaner and prevents evaporation.

Movement around the building and surrounding area is at your own risk.
We recommend wearing closed shoes. We are located in the desert, where animals such as scorpions, snakes or wild boars are common.
In the terrarium in the living room, on the cabinet next to the fireplace, there is a Mediterranean scorpion. Do not open the lid or put your hands inside! This species is highly venomous!
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited! If you smoke outside, properly extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts. Fires in the desert have serious consequences and are very dangerous.

Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00. Thank you.
Night events and parties are prohibited in the villa.
The use of drugs and narcotics is prohibited on the premises, as well as the presence of persons under their influence.

During the day, if it is sunny, the villa is powered by electricity from solar panels. These also charge batteries that can supply the house until approximately midnight.
At night, only electricity from the public desert grid operated by Endesa is available, supplying a maximum of 11.5 kW with unstable voltage.
Please limit the use of electrical appliances at night to a minimum.
To prevent voltage fluctuations in the electrical grid, the property is connected to a main automatic circuit breaker, which will automatically switch back on after a power outage. If this does not happen, please contact the administrator.
